Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PaymentInt ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our payment processing services and website.
By accessing or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Payment infrastructure and Stripe
PaymentInt operates as your payment gateway and merchant services layer. Card and bank payment processing is performed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), our designated payment processing partner. By using PaymentInt, you acknowledge that:
- Authorizations, captures, settlements, refunds, and disputes are processed through Stripe's regulated infrastructure and the applicable card networks
- Sensitive payment data (such as full card numbers) is handled by Stripe using industry-standard security controls; PaymentInt does not store full card numbers on our systems
- Chargebacks and payment disputes are administered under card-network rules by the customer's issuing bank, with Stripe managing the technical dispute workflow on your behalf
- You may be required to accept Stripe's merchant or connected-account terms, privacy notice, and acceptable-use policies as a condition of processing live payments
- PaymentInt is responsible for the experience we provide; Stripe and financial institutions are responsible for network-level processing, fund movement, and formal dispute decisions
For Stripe's privacy practices, see stripe.com/privacy.
